Corner College and Motto Zürich are happy (and sad) to invite you to The Last Zine Sezession. The event will take place on Sunday 12th of December, 2010, at Perla Mode, Zürich, from 12 am till 12 pm. The Last Zine Sezession will be a commemoration of the book-fair age; it was great while it lasted, but we feel the end is nigh—so, come in black!

Rollo Press announces the release of a new bootleg, produced in collaboration with and as a contribution for “The Book Show”, organised by Eastside Projects in Birmingham. Due to a problem at Rollo Press’ Risograph’s paper feed unit, we decided to switch technology for once, and xerox the infamous Xerox Book, which originally was produced on a Xerox, but multiplied using offset. To get a xeroxed copy of this book, please visit The Book Show, which is on until September 4th, 2010, and bring a book from your own collection to swap.

Rollo Press is pleased to announce the release of it’s first artist edition, Zürich Ruins My Nerves by Hamburg based Stefan Marx. The piece is a reinterpretation of a watercolour drawing Stefan did a few years back when his computer died during a stay in Zürich.
The new version of the piece was realised using the Risograph for overprinting sheets of watercolour paper that Stefan pre-treated with an airbrush set. Thereby, each of the twelve drawings has it's uniquely coloured background whereas the black part always stays the same.
